We are facing increased activity at our Tananger office in the years to come and need to strengthen our team.
Business Coordinator will have focus to arrange machining related to new needs from our customer. You will be threshold between our Key Project Coordinator (KPC) and our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, follow up and complete projects linked to customer new needs
• Issue business related documents and reports, control of cost and prepare project for invoicing
• In close collaboration with Key Project Coordinators (KPC) ensure comprehensive and sustainable planning of future needs
• Make sure to always be updated towards current terms and conditions for customer and suppliers’ contracts
• Make sure performance is in accordance with customer and suppliers’ requirements as well as company’s expectation
• Support and help with KPC’s tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Team player, reliable, and punctual
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, documented competence within either area, logistic, SCM, Business Management
• Fluent both in Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Capability to work with MS Office, Itims, SAP, Visma or any relevant system that are required to use to achieve responsibility

• You are able to maintain calm and overview in stressful situations
• You are good at planning and follow-up
• Ability to work independently

You will work closely with one of our largest customers with planning and preparation of material that will be sent offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCTG needs between customer and our operation and suppliers
• Create projects and sections in Visma and other systems
• Daily monitoring reports linked to your dedicated projects
• Support drilling operations
• In close cooperation with Business Coordinators (BC) ensure comprehensive and sustainable planning of future needs.
• Support and help with Business Coordinators task when needed.
• Make sure performance is in accordance with customer and suppliers’ requirements as well as company’s expectation

Qualifications

• Team player, reliable, and punctual
• Minimum bachelor’s degree,
• Fluent, oral and written, both Norwegian and English
• Capability to work with MS Office
• Project experience from Oil and Gas industry
• OCTG knowledge
• SCM knowledge

On behalf of one of our customers we are searching for a candidate to fill the position Senior Contracts & Category Professional. Long term assignment.

This position is a part of Supply Chain Operations, Logistics & Subsea. We support the business in sourcing, contract management and procurement of material and services for daily operations.

In this position we are looking for a Contracts & Category Professional to work close with a wide range of internal stakeholders and our suppliers in a designated portfolio. You will be responsible for elaborating strategies, sourcing, negotiations and contract management. Joining our team, you will be part of a professionally strong, diverse and including team collaborating to ensure safe and reliable operations.  

Typical work tasks can be: 

• Demand analysis and planning of operations demand across all assets 
• Monitor and analyse supplier markets 
• Execute procurement strategies, manage and lead sourcing processes, plan and lead negotiations, evaluate and prepare recommendation of award and final contracting. 
• Manage mechanical contract portfolio to meet the long-range plan 
• Develop, implement and facilitate effective Supplier Management relationships and processes together with the Contract Accountable Manager to drive performance, focusing on HSE, quality, productivity, and One Team 

 

Skills and qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience. 
• You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree within a relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education. 
• Experience from commercial settings and business-to-business interactions will be advantageous.
• Willingness and interested in learning about the industry and work with digital and data driven processes. The successful applicant will be given the necessary training to succeed.
• Fluent/good abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
