HR Advisor

On behalf of one of our customers we are searching for a candidate to fill the position as HR Advisor. 

In this role you will provide independent support and advise organization in HR related matters. Startup as soon as possible and long term assignment.
 

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Follow up and initiate adjustments related to contracts of employment
• Be proactive and follow up on leave
• Update documentation of organization structure
• Implement and update HR documentation
• General HR support to line managers, including disciplinary and grievance
• General HR program and policy development, administration and compliance
• Employee hiring, onboarding and termination
• Employee relations and communications
• Rewards program coordination and administration
• Perform HR related processes and report HR KPI’s
• Maintenance and development of HR and HRIS policies and procedures
• Talent & Organization Performance, Training & Development

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor/Master degree and or relevant experience
• Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
• Experience working with HRIS as well as solid general systems knowledge can be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, structured and able to work independently
• Fluency in English and Norwegian – verbal and written

On behalf of one of our customers we are searching for a candidate to fill the position as Procurement & Inventory Professional. Startup asap, long tirm assignment.

In this role, you will be responsible for purchase materials/services and supporting Drilling & Wells (D&W), ExpRes and Indirect of simple or complex nature in accordance with prescribed purchasing procedures and processes. 
 

Job Description:

• In close cooperation with the supply chain team and the internal customer to understand the purchasing needs and develop/refine specifications and/or source for materials/services whilst working to achieve lowest possible total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Review and analyse purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy. Source the supply of materials/service from existing contract portfolio or establishes new sourcing relationship(s).
• Process purchasing transactions according to policies, procedures and processes.
• Manage delivery of material and services in accordance with expectations and expedite delivery on a non-routine basis in agreement with the line.
• Manage purchasing performance in accordance with KPIs and targets.
• Assist making requisitions as required and proactively resolve purchasing challenges
• Provide guidance, assistance and champions compliance with established procurement processes with the team.
• Work with supply chain team to develop purchasing plan
• Participate in development and implementation of Company’s digital agenda and plan-to-pay to

Qualifications:

• BSc in SCM or equivalent experience
• Experience within procurement/purchasing as a buyer
• Experience from supplier/customer side
• Experience in SAP 
• Knowledge of industry purchasing practices and procedures.
• Experienced in Continuous improvement
