
Recruiter – Rig & Offshore
On behalf of one of our customers, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a long-term assignment in Stavanger.
Startup ASAP.
Job Profile Summary:
Interview, test and hire applicants to fill vacancies throughout the Company. Requires knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures, skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all corporate functions, and an understanding of the organizational structure within the Company.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Human Resources or related plus three years relevant recruiting or HR generalist experience, or any similar combination of relevant experience and education. Familiarity with appropriate computer software, including Microsoft Suite applications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Essentials functions:
You will manage the recruitment process from A to Z
Work closely with Rig Managers and line management to understand staffing needs
Maintain and publish job ads in Workday and external job boards
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
Ensure high candidate experience and professional follow-up
Maintain recruitment data, documentation and compliance
Your background:
Experience within the rig industry and/or operator companies is considered a strong advantage
Familiarity with offshore organizations and operational environments
Experience working with Workday is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Structured, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel
