Sr. Document Controller
Do you want to work closely with projects and contribute to high-quality technical and administrative documentation? We are looking for a structured and proactive Document Controller with solid experience from the oil and gas industry.
Immediate start and long-term contract.
Main Tasks:
Monitor, secure, coordinate and follow up document deliverables internally and from suppliers / third party
Ensure that all technical and administrative information meets the requirements
Ensure that work processes are followed and that the relevant requirements are communicated to relevant parties
Develop, implement and continuously improve work processes for document control
Ensure efficient and traceable workflow for technical and administrative documentation between relevant parties
Contribute to continuously improve the use of new tools and technologies
Configure and maintain document management systems, including correspondence
Provide guidance and support to less experienced document controllers when relevant
Support in preparing for project reviews on dedicated projects
Qualifications:
Experience with document control from early phase/project development and execution projects, preferably for an Operator
Experience in PIMS
Knowledge about XaitPorter, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English

Registrering, kontroll og oppfølging av leverandør fakturaer

Kontorstøtte og administrative innkjøp
Koordinering og gjennomføring av interne arrangementer
Adhoc administrative oppgaver
Kvalifikasjoner
Relevant erfaring innen administrasjon og/eller økonomi
God økonomi- og systemforståelse
Erfaring med fakturering, kostnads oppfølging eller lignende oppgaver
Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper
Personlige egenskaper
Strukturert, nøyaktig og pålitelig

As an Environmental Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's drilling and development activities.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice on environmental management, conducting environmental assessments, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant environmental standards and regulations.
Immediate start and long-term contract.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for follow-up of relevant government applications and permits related to drilling and development activities
Contribute to relevant risk- and chemical assessments
Support project activities within approved frameworks and concepts
Support in government correspondence
Provide consulting in energy management and emission reduction
Responsible for internal/external follow-up and reporting of relevant environmental parameters
Ensure the follow-up and exercise of duty of care in relation to suppliers and rig owners
Qualifications:
Requires relevant higher university degree
Requires typically 5-10 years relevant experience
Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
Requires extensive experience related to development of environmental impact assessments
The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry
Is in full command of the English and Norwegian language
