Main Activities & Responsibilities include:
• General HR support to line managers, including disciplinary and grievance
• General HR program and policy development, administration and compliance
• Support the roll-out of global HR initiatives
• Employee branding, attraction, and retention
• Employee hiring, onboarding and termination
• Employee life-cycle management, including performance, succession, and talent development
• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) maintenance
• Be proactive and follow up on leave and report HR KPI’s
We would like you to have:
• Relevant Bachelor/Master degree and HR experience
• Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
• Digital literacy
• Knowledge of and experience working with HRMS
• Fluency in English and Norwegian – verbal and written
