Personal qualifications:
  • Service minded
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred from a HelpDesk/ServiceDesk)
  • Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow as ticket handling system
Tasks and responsibilities:
These are some of the tasks and responsibilities that the consultant will have during the project lifespan:
  • Act as a point of contact between customer and the company
  • Register and follow up tasks and tickets in our ticket handling system
  • Assist the IM Manager with administrative and operational tasks
  • Participate in internal meetings by request from IM Manager
  • Participate in weekly standup meetings 
  • Ticket handling
  • Assist users to apply for applications
  • Teach users to use self service
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English language, written and spoken
