Administration Coordinator, long term assignement

Activities & Responsibilities within administration:
Supporting and follow up 3rd party suppliers
Administration of mobile telephones, subscription, IT and office supplies
Update procedure and work instructions
Visitor processes and sign in system
Manage and coordinate building repairs, maintenance and projects by liaising with the landlord, handyman and any other suppliers
Coordinate visa process
Various IT and administration tasks

QHSE Responsibilities:
Understand and follow company policies and relevant procedures
Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the QHSE systems
Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities
Responsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses

Requirements:
Relevant experience
Fluent both Norwegian and English – oral and written
Service minded
